There are a few ways to purchase tickets for concerts and events at 20 Monroe Live. Our verified ticketing outlets are Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Groupon, and of course the venue box office located at 11 Ottawa Ave. NW.
We do not work with any third party/ticket resale sites and cannot guarantee any tickets sold via those websites.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

What are your box office hours?
Please note that if you have WILL CALL tickets or are on a guest list, your tickets will only be available for pickup on the day of show, 2 hours prior to the scheduled door time.

When do doors open for the show I'm attending?
Generally, doors open ONE HOUR prior to show time. The door & show times for specific shows are listed on the "Event Details" page for each show. Go to our Home page to access this information.
I have will-call/guest list tickets. When can I pick them up?
Will-call/guest list tickets will be available for pick up ONLY on the day of the show, starting 2 hours prior to doors.
I need accessible seating. How do I get accessible tickets?
If you need accessible seating at any of our events, we highly encourage you to secure that in advance because space can fill up quickly!
The best way to secure accessible seating is by purchasing an ADA seat online at www.20monroelive.com or over the phone (800-745-3000). Look for the ADA icon on the ticket purchase screen. Up to one companion seat is allowed.

We don’t recommend waiting until the show day, but you can also speak with a staff member about ADA seating when you arrive and they will accommodate to the best of their ability if space is still available.
Do you have re-entry?
We have a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy.
Do you have a coat check?
Yes, coat check is available for most shows.
How do I get a media or photo pass to cover a show?
All passes must be approved by the band/artist's publicist or management. Contact information can usually be found on the artist's website, facebook page, etc.

Where can I park?
Unfortunately 20 Monroe Live does not have dedicated parking, but we are right downtown with plenty of city garages, meters and lots close by.
