There are a few ways to purchase tickets for concerts and events at 20 Monroe Live. Tickets for shows on sale are available via our website, ticketmaster.com, livenation.com, and in person at our box office located at 11 Ottawa Ave. NW.
We do not work with any third party/ticket resale sites and cannot guarantee any tickets sold via those websites.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
What are your box office hours?
Please note that if you have WILL CALL tickets or are on a guest list, your tickets will only be available for pickup on the day of show, 2 hours prior to the scheduled door time.
BOX OFFICE HOURS:
Monday through Thursday: 12pm-6pm
Weekends, event days only: Box office opens 2 hours prior to doors. (closed on non-show days)
When do doors open for the show I'm attending?
Generally, doors open ONE HOUR prior to show time. The door & show times for specific shows are listed on the "Event Details" page for each show. Go to our Home page to access this information.
I have will-call/guest list tickets. When can I pick them up?
Will-call/guest list tickets will be available for pick up ONLY on the day of the show, starting 2 hours prior to doors.
Do you have re-entry?
We have a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy.
I need accessible seating. How do I get accessible tickets?
It is best to call ahead to arrange this in advance, however you may notify our Guest Services staff on the night of the show and they will accommodate as best as they can.
To arrange in advance, if you already have tickets, you may call the box office at 844-678-5483 and ask to be placed on our ADA reservation list. We will reserve space for you one companion.
If you don't already have tickets, you may call Ticketmaster 866-448-7849 to order tickets over the phone, or come to our box office to purchase ADA-specific tickets.
Do you have a coat check?
Yes, coat check is available for most shows.
How do I get a media or photo pass to cover a show?
All passes must be approved by the band/artist's publicist or management. Contact information can usually be found on the artist's website, facebook page, etc.
Every show is different so make sure to check out the age restrictions on the event details page for the particular event you are interested in attending.
What kind of food will you serve?
Whether you come early or stick around for a late night snack, we'll be serving a variety of different tastes, from smoked favorites to items that are easy to eat on the go. Combined with our craft beer and specialty drink selections, we've got you covered for a great night out of music, food and fun.

You heard right! Opening soon directly next to the venue and THE B.O.B. will be another new venue - a brand new, four-season beer garden. Destined to be a great spot to hang out for craft beers and delicious food with friends
Where can I park?
Unfortunately 20 Monroe Live does not have dedicated parking, but we are right downtown with plenty of city garages, meters and lots close by.
