Bands have been covering Beatles tunes for decades, but none like Sgt Peppers Lonely Bluegrass Band . Imagine the music of the Fab Four shaken up with infusions of bluegrass and jazz and topped off with a classical twist. The result: a satisfying musical cocktail!

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Bluegrass Band are Dave Walser (beatlegras), Reggie Rueffer (Charley Pride’s fiddle player), Gerald Jones (banjo and mandolin player - multi-instrumental genius) and Bach Norwood (Polyphonic Spree).

Seth Bernard is a Michigan treasure - a prolific songwriter, a compelling performer, an award-winning recording artist and producer, and a dedicated organizer and activist. He is also a lifelong Rolling Stones fan, and their late road manager (the legendary Chuch Magee) was a close family friend. Seth will be joined by Grand Rapids’ own bonafide rockers Mr. Joe Van Acker on bass and Mr. Dan Rickabus (of the Crane Wives) on drums and backing vocals.

Full Cord started as a project between band members Todd Kirchner, Paul Kirchner, Eric Langejans, and Danny Seabolt. All seasoned bluegrass musicians; they wanted to build a musically diverse band using traditional bluegrass instruments. The band has an extraordinary song base, with songs ranging from traditional country and bluegrass to modern pop hits, big band era tunes and everything in between (and we do mean everything!). With hundreds of songs in their repertoire, they never run out of songs to choose from. The band’s performances are done using a single microphone traditionally seen on the Grand Ole Opry. Instrument solos and vocal parts are all choreographed around the single microphone bringing an old-timey feel to their performance. Based in West Michigan, Full Cord has had the privilege of performing all over the state, from private parties and events to breweries, barns and bluegrass festivals. With the talent of over 100 years combined musical experience, Full Cord brings incredible style to traditional bluegrass. They are introducing bluegrass music to everyone in a way that keeps people coming back for more.
